At The Right F.I.T., exercise is actually fun and laughter is a primary ingredient! In a series of one-hour sessions, one to five times a week, your personal trainer will work with you one-on-one in The Right F.I.T. Studio. You will learn about intensity, movement mechanics, realistic goal setting, nutrition habits, self-motivation, metabolism elevation, stress reduction and much more. The climate, music and other amenities are tailored to your liking while you exercise on state-of-the-art equipment. Each training period is different from the one before and boredom is never an issue. Constant supervision, time-efficiency, encouragement, and safety are all part of our everyday procedure. Each workout closes with hands-on flexibility training, and sports massage. This service acts as a key link in the health system by assisting physical therapists, massage therapists, psychologists, chiropractors, and physicians in implementing safe and efficient

Whether you have special programming needs such as preparations for sports activities, cardiac or orthopedic strengthening following medical care, or you are a part of a special market (i.e. mature adults and the overweight), our team is trained to meet your needs. To insure your safety, we incorporate balance, agility, and flexibility training into every session and exercise prescription. The Right F.I.T. also comes to you with professional presentations on the importance of health and fitness, as well as hot topics like home and workplace ergonomics, stress management, and more! Whether it's a small group or large corporation, we have a presentation just right for you. We can even arrange a weekend retreat to fit your group's specific needs, complete with nutritional advice and hands-on exercise training. Or you might consider our biyearly Boot Camp for two weeks or intensive training!
